Analytics&Insights

Trust your data. Know what works. Power what’s next.

The challenge

Bring us the change you can't explain or the customer question you can't answer. We investigate it, then build what helps: a report people use, a forecast or model, or a tool your team relies on day to day.

Before & after

From friction to flow.

Before

  • Analytics, finance and operations report different totals
  • You can see drop-offs but cannot explain what causes them
  • Staff assemble reports while useful signals arrive too late

After

  • Shared metric definitions reconciled with business records
  • A prioritised view of friction, demand and customer behaviour
  • Reporting and decision workflows built around named owners
In detail

How it looks in practice.

01

Measurement & Data Integrity

We define meaningful events and join them to orders, bookings or CRM outcomes. Duplicate events, refunds, time zones and consent-related gaps become explicit instead of silently distorting a report.

02

Connected Reporting

We develop connectors, SQL models and dashboards with shared definitions, freshness indicators and account access controls. Automated checks flag missing data before it becomes a business decision.

03

Customer & Predictive Insights

Forecasting, churn signals and feedback classification start with a defined decision and a simple baseline. We evaluate predictive quality separately from the business impact of acting on the prediction.

Development · AI · Automation

From question to action.

We connect approved business data to useful reports, forecasts and AI explanations. Each answer has a clear source, and each automated action has an owner.

Source-linked explanations · evaluated models · automated reporting

Develop

Connect source systems and build reporting your team can investigate.

Apply AI

Explain approved data, forecast demand and group feedback with evidence your team can inspect.

Automate

Keep data checks, report updates and agreed follow-up actions running with visible exceptions.

Success criteria

Agree the baseline.
Measure the difference.

Trust: Reconciliation, event completeness and data freshness.

02

Decisions: Time to answer a defined operational or customer question.

03

Outcomes: Qualified conversions, retention and experiment uncertainty.

Targets are agreed after diagnosis. These are measurement priorities, not promised results.

FAQ

Common questions.

We already have analytics. What would you change?

We check whether it answers your actual business questions. That can mean repairing collection, reconciling reports or connecting activity to orders and qualified leads before adding another dashboard.

Can you run A/B tests on a low-traffic product?

Not every product has enough traffic for a useful result. We assess the sample and decision window first. Where a test is impractical, we use task research and monitored changes, with the limits of the comparison made clear.

Can staff ask questions in plain English?

Yes, within a defined set of data and permissions. We build the governed queries and evidence retrieval behind the answer, then check factual accuracy and access boundaries.
