What this notice covers
This notice describes browsing the Systemsvale public pages and using their enquiry forms, newsletter requests, self-assessment and public website guide. Account and workspace features use additional storage and are outside this public-page inventory.
Cookies are small values a browser can send back with a website request. Local and session storage keep values in the browser for site features. Server logs and database records are different: clearing a browser cookie does not delete those records.
Public pages and forms
The public pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. They do not load visitor analytics, advertising pixels or session-replay scripts.
There is no persistent local-storage or session-storage record created by the public contact form, newsletter form, career or founding-client application, self-assessment or website guide. Their current inputs, answers and conversation state are held in the page while you use it. Your browser may separately offer autofill or restore a page.
An existing sign-in session
If you previously signed in, your browser can send the existing session cookie with a request to this website. The public navigation checks that session to decide whether to show an account link.
On HTTPS, that cookie is named __Host-sv-session. It is an account cookie, not an advertising identifier. Browsing a public page while signed out does not create a sign-in session.
Clearing the session cookie signs this browser out. It does not delete your account or information already sent to us.
Submitting a form
The public enquiry forms send their contents to our server. Our server then uses FormSubmit for email delivery and Neon for submission-limit counters. This flow does not require a FormSubmit tracking script or embedded CAPTCHA in your browser.
Those services still process information on their servers. Gmail receives the resulting email. The privacy notice explains that handling; the absence of a browser cookie does not mean no information is processed.
Booking and other external sites
Calendly booking links open a separate website. Its cookies and privacy choices apply when you visit it. See the Calendly privacy notice.
Other external links also take you to services with their own notices. The public pages serve their fonts and images from this website rather than loading an embedded advertising or social feed.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing an account cookie can prevent sign-in features from working.
Public enquiry forms require JavaScript. If you disable it, use the email alternative shown beside the form. You can read these policy pages without JavaScript.
For information already submitted, contact hello@systemvale.in. Browser storage controls do not remove enquiry emails or server-side records.
Changes and questions
The date at the top identifies this inventory. If the public pages gain optional tracking or additional browser storage, this notice needs to describe it and the relevant controls. Contact hello@systemvale.in with questions about a cookie or request you see.
